About Joe Day
Joseph (Joe) Day has been assisting individuals, families, and business owners with their financial and retirement planning needs for over 30 years. Since becoming licensed in 1994, Joe has helped clients protect their assets, reduce risk, and create sustainable income strategies for retirement.
As the founder of Custom Insurance and Retirement Solutions Agency (CIRSA), he specializes in helping business owners, pre-retirees and retirees preserve their wealth while navigating the complexities of today’s financial landscape. He has also written an article that has been published in over 100 news sites including the few listed above. Joe’s passion for the financial industry began in the early 1980s, working alongside his father, a financial services representative whose life-changing spinal cord injury reinforced the importance of income protection and financial preparedness. That experience continues to shape Joe’s approach, focusing on protecting families during times of uncertainty and helping clients avoid the most common financial mistakes.
A graduate of Moorhead State University, where he earned All-American honors in football, Joe combines discipline, experience, and a client-first philosophy in his work. He has also been actively involved in his community, including serving as Chairman of the Small Business RX Alliance and coaching youth athletics for several years.
Joe lives in the Fargo/Moorhead area with his partner Lisa and enjoys golf, boating, travel, and spending time with his family. CIRSA also maintains an "A plus" rating with the Better Business Bureau.
