Custom Insurance and Retirement Solutions Agency (CIRSA) Services I offer through CIRSA and or through one of my partners:

Retirement Income Planning:

Educating, customizing and implementing plans to ensure consistent and low fluctuation and

lifetime income streams for the retiree while at the same time trying to hold steady or increase their

principle at the same time.


High Net Worth Investing / Planning:

Professional CFP asset management through our partners at Wealth Watch in addition to our

services of estate planning, tax planning, succession planning. Also includes 412e3 and or Cash

Balance Pension Plan education for business owners paying $50,000 or more a year in taxes and

would like to not only lesson that burden but at the same time put anywhere from 50k to 200k a

year or more in their own retirement (pension) plan without dipping into their own W2 income to 

do it. These plans tax savings used to fund the pension depend on the business owner’s income, 

number of employees, classification of each employee, type of business and age of the owners in 

relation to their employees. Call for more information on this one. I also have a strong working 

knowledge of revocable and irrevocable trusts and can competently explain the differences 

and advantages of each in relation to structuring plans within each.


Market Protection Strategies:

Educating clients on the basics of various products that can provide guarantees of no

market loss in any given year while at the same time still offering ample market returns. I do 

believe wealthier clients should be highly invested in the market but a balanced approach should 

also be considered to reduce some risk and taxes in certain situations. I also teach clients philosophies 

such as “The Wall Street Rule of 100” and the "teeter tooter". This is a philosophy that if implemented 

correctly as a plan can also be used to help mitigate and protect them from more market loss during 

retirement as well as save them anywhere from 20% to 40% in fees. I find that a lot of brokers know about 

this rule of 100 but purposely do not tell their clients about it. I also teach my clients why some

brokers don’t want you to know about it.


Maximizing Social Security:

Strategically planning to help maximize Social Security benefits during retirement.


Reviewing Life Insurance, Long Term Care and or Disability Coverage:

Assessing and updating life Insurance policies to ensure they align with current needs and goals.


Reviewing and Assessing business owners current benefit plans including:

Group Health Plan evaluation, Buy Sell Agreements education and or assessment and how

to fund them, Key person plans to help keep most valuable employees committed to

working productively for your company, I also can provide an education and or assessment

of 412e3 and or cash balance pension plans. The main focus with these plans are to

determine how much the business owner could possibly save in income and payroll taxes

each year while at the same time using those saved tax dollars to fund a new pension

retirement plan for themselves and their employees.
